Natalia started her career in film development and production in 2004 and moved into TV distribution in 2011 when she began working for Digital Rights Group (DRG). After 3 years with DRG, Natalia made the move to All3Media International where she became Format Sales Executive looking after CEE and the Middle East working on projects like Gogglebox and Undercover Boss. In 2015 she moved to the position of Director of Sales for CEE, Russia & CIS at FremantleMedia International looking after brands like Jamie Oliver, Got Talent and new content such as the Young Pope. In 2017, Natalia set up F3 Media, a boutique consultancy firm specializing in distribution to Central & Eastern Europe. The mission is to represent high quality programming across the factual, film and format genres which we are passionate about.
