The theme of this year's Festival is "Sensitive Planet".

Friday is the traditional Student Day of the Festival, when we welcome students aged 8-18 with themed programmes for schools and classes.
Saturday-Sunday are Family Days, when everything is about nature and environmental protection. Exploring the "Sensitive Planet" through art and play.
The Festival's two International Film Reviews (the International Nature and Environment Film Review with 6 categories and the Carpathian Basin Natural Values Film Review with 3 categories) attracted nearly 2000 fantastic films from all over the world. (98 countries)
The best 100 films will be screened between 10-12 September 2021 in Gödöllő at 6 screening venues.
In honour of David Attenborough, who turns 95 this year, we will be highlighting his work in this year's screening theme!
This year we have named our screening programme "David Attenborough's World".
For the second year running, the Festival has achieved the BBC's TerraMater Studios' annual nomination of films made with David Attenborough. .
This year, thanks to the support of our media partner Spektrum TV, two outstanding films will be screened in addition to the competition, "Attenborough - A Wild Life" and "The Wonderful World of Attenborough."
Two special screenings will take place in the Riding Hall of the Royal Castle in Gödöllő throughout the day and on the LED wall in the Park from 5 to 10 pm, featuring Nature and Nature & Environmental protection films from the world's biggest studios from the last two years. Presenting and supporting the facts made and presented in David Attenborough's films.
In 3 other screening locations, you can watch documentaries from international and Hungarian filmmakers for 3 days.
The pandemic has not yet ended in the world but there are already feature films and several short films dealing with the subject. They are instructive.
And of course, one of our most successful thematic sections is the animated films. For 3 days, we will be showing Nature and Environmental protection animated films for children in the Park during matinee screenings from 9.00 to 15.00.

Week of National Parks
Opening event: all 10 national parks of Hungary will present their new products and services this year. Families and children are invited on a thematic adventure tour. This year the Danube-Drava National Park is the special guest of the event.
Trash art Hungary 2021.
Trash art Hungary: With nearly 40 monumental sculptures, this will be the biggest exhibiton in Gödöllő so far. A new feature is that the sculptures are made not only from recyclable materials but also from degradable natural materials. This year, we have invited the best of the genre to take part in the travelling exhibition:
The Aztakeservit Association, István Gáborovech, Gergő Kovach,Anikó Pásztor Nagy, Ervin Lóránt Hervé's monumental sculptures, László Demeter's rubber sculptures and Art Methál's scrap metal sculptures are also part of this year's exhibition.
The exhibition will be on show in Gödöllő from 1 to 20 September, and later in Budapest at the Akvárium Club, at the expo and at the Grasalkovich Castle in Hatvan.

Nature and Environment Fair
Together with the national parks, there will be around 60 exhibitors at the fair. Each exhibitor aims to present its activities in a playful way for families and children.
Artisans can also participate in the Fair by offering a hands-on activity for your child.
Our regular partners are: Our National Parks, MATE, NBGK, MME, Scouts,HOI, Pet Cup, Easter Bioblitcz 24-hour species inventory, Hands Foot Playhouse,... and we have lots of new things to offer: MÜMÜ- plastic recycling workshop, Hound tracker program, 360-degree films- access to the magic of nature,Climate tent, Hatvan Hunting Museum- feel the wilderness program, Landscape conservation. With the game masters of the Hungarian University of Agricultural and Life Sciences, visitors can think about the present state, structure and future of our landscapes in an informal atmosphere."
On the students' day, there will also be a concert for children by the Alma Ensemble.

The residents of Gödöllőand and the visitors will not be without a concert in the evenings, because during the Festival weekend, the Town Fair Days will take place at the same time in the Alsópark at the World Tree.
