The Blonde Lake - Six Seasons of Lake Tisza
Originally a musician and fish researcher, Balázs Szendőfi has been involved in nature film since 2014. His main profile is depiction of European freshwater habitats and their aquatic life, as well as the work of nature scientists, conservationists and fish guards. Movie subtitle: Six Seasons of Lake Tisza. The film focuses on the duality, wild face and human-controlled operation of Lake Tisza. Autumn draining and spring flooding divide the autumn and spring into low and high water periods, which also affects wildlife. The film series follows one year from spring to spring on Lake Tisza in four installments, presenting 29 species of fish and 26 species of birds and the ecological work of the people who manage the area.
