Antarctica: a message from another planet
A journalist, author and screenwriter, Mario Cuesta’s work has included coverage of the Syrian conflict and society, and a wide range of nature and adventure documentary series that have given him the chance to write about every continent on the planet. He has done everything from discovering the wreckage of a Roman ship in the Mediterranean from two thousand years ago to filming in the Democratic Republic of Congo and the heart of the Amazon.

And if it is real, why can’t it be exported to the rest of the planet? This documentary takes a critical look at Antarctica from our world, and at our world from Antarctica. Which of the two does it judge more harshly?
